Website privacy notice
Your privacy should
be understandable.
This notice explains how we handle personal information when you use the public Still Us website or contact us by email.
Effective: 1 October 2026
Who is responsible?
The website is operated by UM-GHI PRODUCTS LIMITED, trading as Still Us. Company number: 06696112. Registered office: 23 Northbourne Close, Dibden Purlieu, Southampton, Hampshire, SO45 4GZ. Registered in England and Wales.
For privacy questions or data-rights requests, contact privacy@stillustogether.com. Privacy enquiries are monitored by Geoff Carr. This is an operational contact role; it is not a statement that a statutory Data Protection Officer has been appointed.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the public Still Us information website and messages sent to our business email addresses. It does not replace the privacy information that applies inside the Still Us app or to invited testing. App users and testers should use the privacy information provided for that service.
Information processed when you visit
Our website is a simple static site. We do not currently use advertising pixels, behavioural advertising, third-party analytics, newsletter tracking, embedded social feeds or public account registration on this website.
Our hosting and security provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, date and time, and security events.
Information processed when you contact us
If you email us, we process your email address, the contents of your message, attachments you choose to send, and the correspondence needed to answer or manage the enquiry. Our public contact addresses are hello@stillustogether.com, support@stillustogether.com and privacy@stillustogether.com.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, private journal entries, medical records or another person’s sensitive information in an initial email. If an app support issue genuinely requires sensitive information, we will tell you the safest appropriate route.
Why we use this information
We use website technical information to deliver, secure and troubleshoot the site. We use correspondence to answer enquiries, provide support, administer the business, respond to privacy requests and meet legal obligations. Depending on the context, our lawful basis may be our legitimate interests in running and securing the service, taking steps at your request before a contract, performing a contract, or complying with a legal obligation.
Who provides the services?
We use Render to host and deliver this public website and Zoho Mail for business email. These providers may process information on our behalf and may use approved subprocessors. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we require an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism where applicable.
How long do we keep information?
We keep ordinary enquiries and support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, support history and business records; our normal working period is up to 24 months after the matter is closed unless a longer period is required for an ongoing relationship, legal obligation or legal claim. Records of formal privacy or data-rights requests may be retained for up to three years after closure to evidence how the request was handled. Technical hosting and security data is retained according to the provider configuration and only for as long as needed to operate and protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it for future processing.
To exercise a right, contact privacy@stillustogether.com. We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate way before acting on a request.
You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. See the ICO complaints information.
Cookies and similar technologies
We do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies in the website code. Our hosting or security provider may use strictly necessary technologies to deliver or protect the site. See our cookies information.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the website, providers or ways we use information change. The effective date at the top will show the current version.
