Still Us

For the person experiencing menopause

A place to begin
with you.

You shouldn’t need to turn every difficult day into a full explanation. Still Us is being built to help you notice what matters, find your words and choose the support you need.

A simple way to check in.

Make a little room for how you feel — mood, energy, sleep, symptoms and what would help today. Not a demand to log everything.

A view over time.

Look back on what you’ve recorded and bring together questions you want to explore. Observations can start a conversation; they don’t establish a medical cause.

Words that stay yours.

Reflect privately in your journal. Your partner does not need access to your personal reflections to be supportive.

Support you choose.

When it feels useful, choose a support preference or a shared activity. You can use your own space without inviting a partner.

More prepared for a conversation.

Appointment preparation is being designed to help you bring together the points you want to discuss with a healthcare professional. It is support for your conversation, not clinical advice or an automatic report to a clinician.

No pressure to share more.

Keeping something private should not need an explanation. We’re building Still Us around individual choice and clear boundaries, not a partner’s expectation of access.

What Still Us is not. It is not a diagnostic service, emergency service, relationship therapy or a substitute for qualified healthcare. It is not designed to mediate abuse or make an unsafe relationship safe.
