Request account or data deletion
Email privacy@stillustogether.com from the email address associated with your account where possible. Tell us that you want to close your account or request deletion of personal information.
We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate way before acting. We will explain what can be deleted, what has been deleted and whether anything must be retained for a lawful reason. Formal data-rights requests are handled in accordance with applicable UK data-protection law.
Your request is yours
A partner cannot authorise deletion of another person’s private account or records. We do not treat one person’s relationship to another as automatic authority over their personal information.
Shared information
If a request affects information that has been deliberately shared between two users, we will apply the verified product and privacy rules without exposing private reasons, private journal content or information belonging to the other person.
